Accommodation

ICARIS Ltd., Conference Management offers you to make arrangements for your accommodation.

To secure a hotel reservation, it is necessary to fill in the conference registration form and to send the corresponding amount.

Do not pay for your reservation before you receive a hotel confirmation by ICARIS. Since there is only a limited number of rooms, reservation will be made on the “first come-first serve” basis. In the case we are not able to fulfil your order (due to an overdrawn capacity of the required hotel) we will offer you an accommodation in another hotel of the same price category.

The amount of a “one night deposit” will be charged as a guaranteed booking. In the case you will reserve a hotel through ICARIS, you will pay all costs to ICARIS, not in your hotel. Then, in the hotel you should pay only for parking, phone calls, drinks, bar consumption, etc. …. in the hotel reception directly.

We would like to note that the payment of the accommodation deposit before your arrival is required according to Prague’s hotel policy, when all hotels in Praha are overbooked and a full advanced payment for group reservations is required. However, group reservations by ICARIS allow us to offer you special conference prices.
