Information on the reviewing process

 

 

Remark: The very last deadline for on-line acceptance of papers has been set to July 21, 2006, therefore it is not possible to submit a new paper now.

 

DEADLINES  OF  THE  REVIEWING  PROCESSS

 

All submitted papers have been sent to reviewers. Unfortunately not all reviewers have returned revised copies in time.

Therefore the reviewing process ends on September 30, 2006.

 

Reviewed papers will be sent to authors for corrections according the reviewer’s remarks

until October 31, 2006.

 

The corrected manuscript should be then received by the ICARIS office

by November 20, 2006.

This is really a strict deadline. Papers, which will not arrive to the ICARIS office at this deadline, WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED

 

Only to remind:

All correspondence with papers is realized in electronic form. It is important that at the very bottom the paper should be indicated by the same number as has been labelled the corresponding abstract. The length of a plenary paper is 8 pages, for an invited paper 6 pages and for a contributed paper 4 pages.
