Accommodation Order & payment process 1) Send
your registration form (see the link “Registration and fees”) 2) You
should receive a confirmation (your registration PIN) from ICARIS Ltd., a
payment should succeed. Do not
pay for your reservation before you receive a hotel confirmation by ICARIS. Since
there is only a limited number of rooms, reservation will be made on the “first
come-first serve” basis. In the case we are not able to fulfil your order (due
to an overdrawn capacity of the required hotel) we will offer you an
accommodation in another hotel of the same price category 3) Pay
directly to ICARIS Ltd. (bank transfer, credit card). 4) A
payment of the first night deposit is a necessary condition for the acceptance
of your reservation, the payment of whole prescribed amount is also possible. 5) You
should pay in the hotel only for your "extras" (phones, drinks,
