The exhibition will take place on the first floor of the Conference Cetre City Pankrac.

 

The address to which all exhibition products should be sent is:

Exhibition products should arrive to the above address on April 21, 2008. The registration of exhibition participants is not finished until now; therefore the exhibition plan will be available in April and all registered participants should receive it by e-mail.

 

Transport of products to the exhibition place

We strongly suggest to use a service of forwarding agencies, which should be able to help you in all problems, which may arise during the import of your exhibits to our country.

Your stand

Stands will be set in the morning and afternoon on Monday, April 21, 2008. According our experience it should be possible to start installation of your products already in the afternoon (after 16:00) of the same day.

According to the conference programme the exhibition will end on Thursday, April 24, 2008.

Dismantling of your stand has to be finished until 17:30 at the latest.

Arrange also the back-transport for Thursday, April 24, 2008 – there will be no possibility to store your exhibits in the conference place.

 

Logo

In the case you order the logo for your stand, send us all necessary details (in printing version of PDF) by March 15, 2008 to the address Romana@icaris.cz. Usually the logo is situated on the front upper side (“collar”) of the stand and its width should not therefore exceed 45 cm (its length is limited by the front length of the stand only).

 

Miscellaneous (Important general regulations)

ICARIS Ltd. is not responsible for assisting the exhibitor in obtaining passport and visa (in the case they are required) for entrance into the Czech Republic as well as for customs formalities. The fact that the exhibitor is unsuccessful in obtaining these documents from the appropriate government authorities will not constitute a basis for cancellation of your application and it is clearly understood that no refunds whatsoever will be made, except as stated below. An “invitation visa support letter” will be sent on request.

 

Equipment and all related display materials installed by exhibitors are not insured by the organizer, and they will under no circumstances be liable for any loss, damage or destruction caused to equipment, goods or property belonging to exhibitors. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay incurred in freight shipments into or out of the Czech Republic.

 

Exhibitors are responsible for the cost and execution of the design, installation and delivery of their display to and its removal from the exhibition site.

 

In case of cancellation received in writing up to March 15, 2008, 90% of the total charge will be refunded, providing that the space can be reassigned. After March 15, 2008 no refund is possible.

 

Fees, costs and registration

The exhibition space is available in different modules starting with the (3m x 2m) = 6 m2 module. It is not necessary to order a stand, you have a possibility to reserve only a space, too.

Taking an active part in the exhibition gives right to free conference participation depending on the size of your exhibition space (each six square meters = one free conference fee).

The fee includes the welcome cocktail on Monday evening, morning and afternoon refreshments during the conference, the festive dinner on Thursday evening and the conference proceedings with CD.

The registration fee for additional exhibition personnel is 1 000 CZK (plus VAT 19%) per person. This charge includes a welcome party, coffee break refreshments and access to the lecture room.

All members of the exhibition staff are asked to register in the exhibition registration form.

The price of a conference dinner for the exhibition staff or your guests is 1 200 CZK (Mark out in the conference registration form).

 

Your details (affiliations) from the registration form will be published in the list of exhibitors, which will be probably a part of the conference proceedings.

 

You can find all prices in the exhibition registration form, the payment form will be sent according to the filled form. The tax document (invoice) will be sent after the tax-day, e.g. after the last day of the exhibition (April 24, 2008).

All prescribed payments must be received before the beginning of the exhibition.

Depending on your Windows version (XP, 2000, 98, ME) it may happen that you will be forced, in order to save the document in your computer when clicking on the preceding sentence „Save the Registration form (Word) in your computer" or on the menu frame "Registration form (in Word)", to use the RIGHT button and only then to choose the proper offer for saving the document in your computer.

Commercial presentations

The fee for a simple commercial presentation in a length of 30 minutes is 9 520 CZK. The programme committee reserves right to decide about a submission of your contribution into the conference programme.
