Registration, fees and payments
All registration fees include
access to the lecture and poster room, one copy of conference proceedings,
morning and afternoon refreshments, the informal welcome cocktail on Monday
evening, the festive conference dinner on Thursday and a technical excurion on
Friday. Reduced fee may be paid by
participants from developing countries (according to a list provided by IIR).
Participants are asked to send an official application and the Organization
Committee will adopt a final decision with respect to financial possibilities
of the conference budget. Member fee is paid by IIR members only. Note the appropriate commission in the
registration form. Students are asked to send the
registration form together with a document confirming their student status. Fees do
not contain prices for lunches and tours.

on your Windows version (XP, 2000, 98, ME) it may happen that you will be
forced, in order to save the document in your computer when clicking on the
preceding sentence „Save the Registration form (Word) in your computer" or
on the menu frame "Registration form (in Word)", to use the RIGHT
button and only then to choose the proper offer for saving the document in your
computer. If you

payments must be free of bank charges to the receiver, i.e. all bank charges
for executing the international money transfer should be met by the remitter,
including those imposed by the beneficiary's agents (HVB Bank Czech Republic

credit cards are: Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club,
and JCB If you
wish to pay by credit card, please fill in the Credit Card Payment Form. The
signed form should be sent by fax or post, or as a scanned file to The credit card payment form is a
part of the conference registration form. Cheques Cheques
are not accepted. Cancellations Notification
of all cancellations must be sent in writing to the Cancellations
received before March 20, 2008 will
receive a refund of the conference fee, less an administration charge of 1 000
CZK. Cancellations
received after March 20, 2008 will
not receive any refund, but the printed conference materials will be mailed to
the non-participant. It is possible to send/find a substitute instead of a
cancellation. Cancellation
of the hotel booking received before
March 20, 2008 will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of 500
CZK, later cancellations will be settled with hotels and we will try to
minimalize your charges. |
