Breakfast is included in the accommodation fee. Participants accommodated in the students’ hostels will have their breakfast in the students’ dining-hall.

Coffee or tea will be served during morning and afternoon coffee breaks and other refreshments will be available at the restaurant located on the conference site.

Lunches and dinners are not included in the conference fee.

Visa

Participants who need a visa to enter the Czech Republic should contact the Czech Embassy or Consulate well in advance of the Conference dates. Please, indicate in the Registration Form if you will need an Invitation letter for the visa.

Last announcement

The last announcement will be distributed probably at beginning of June 2006 and it will include workshop program and transport information.
