Cancellations
Notification
of all cancellations must be sent in writing to the ICARIS Ltd., Conference Management, (address,
phone, fax and E-mail connections see Contacts). Cancellations received by May 25, 2006 will receive a refund of
the conference fee, less an administration charge of 1000
CZK.
Cancellations
received after May 25, 2006 will not
receive a refund, but the printed conference materials will be posted to
the non-participant. It is possible to send/find a substitute instead of a
cancellation.
Cancellation
of the hotel booking (accommodation) by May 25, 2006 will receive a full refund,
later cancellations will receive an almost full refund, however less the
one-day deposit.
