The full, member’s, student’s fees entitle participants to attend all sessions of the meeting, morning and afternoon refreshments during the conference, the informal welcome cocktail on Monday evening and to receive one printed copy of proceedings. The conference dinner, tours and lunches are not included.

 

The accompanying person’s fee covers the informal welcome cocktail on Monday evening, morning and afternoon refreshments during the conference. The service charge does not include: the conference dinner, tours and lunches.
