Language

Official workshop language is English. All materials will be published in English only. Translation service will be not provided.

Oral Presentation

Invited speakers and contributed oral speakers will have 45 minutes and 20 minutes, respectively, including discussion with the audience. The lecture hall will be equipped with a standard projector for transparencies and a projector for PC. We will provide a windows-PC with PowerPoint application installed on it. If you don't have your own laptop computer, please bring and transfer your presentation file either from CD-rom or USB-memory stick into our hard disk drive before your session, to avoid possible difficulties during the presentation. It is possible to use your own laptop-PC equipped with a standard display output.

Posters

The poster session will be located in the poster area of the lecture hall. The poster boards are 150 cm wide and 120 cm high.

Legibility: The poster should be readable from a distance of at least 2 meters

Heading: A heading label including the title, author name(s), and the primary author address should be included. The recommended lettering size is 2 cm.

Titles: All figures and tables should be titled.
