Order & payment process

1. Send/Submit your Registration & Accommodation Form
2. You will receive a confirmation (your registration PIN) from ICARIS Ltd., a payment should succeed.
3. Pay directly to ICARIS Ltd. (use bank transfer or credit card)
4. A credit card number with authorisation (use our Credit Card Payment Form) is necessary for a payment of a one-night deposit. A payment of the one-night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. This deposit will be charged by ICARIS Ltd. The outstanding amount for accommodation must be paid in full to ICARIS Ltd. at the registration desk after your arrival.

The payment of whole prescribed amount is also possible in advance.

5. You should pay in the hotel only for your „extras“ (phones, drinks, etc.), your accommodation incl. breakfast will be paid by ICARIS Ltd.
6. A payment & accommodation confirmation will be available at the web page, arranged in the order of personal identification numbers (PINs), this will be an anonymous review (without the names of participants.

In the end of April the “high tourist season” starts, therefore the requirements on hotel rooms in Praha are high, generally. We suggest therefore to book your accommodation as soon as possible!

The reservation will be made on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Should the hotel of your choice be already occupied, ICARIS Ltd. will offer a similar hotel available. Any reservations made after February 28, 2007 are subject to availability.

All rates are per room and per night including breakfast and VAT of 5 %. Should the VAT change by the beginning of the event, ICARIS Ltd. will automatically change the price of your hotel reservation and will inform you in writing about a new rate. 

Cancellation conditions

Please inform ICARIS Ltd. of any amendments or cancellations, in writing by fax (+420 266 312 113) or e-mail (Romana@icaris.cz). Telephone amendments will not be accepted. Please do not contact the hotel directly for any reservation changes or cancellations.

▪ before March 15, 2007: charge 0%, you will receive the paid amount

▪ from March 16 – April 5, 2007: you will receive the paid amount except the first night deposit

▪ after April 5, 2007: charge 100%, no possibility to refund your money
