FEES & PAYMENTS There is no
fee for either the lectures or the school, but registration is required. Participants
should pay only for accommodation. All possible charges should be paid in Czech
Crowns (CZK). Bank
transfer – preferred method Bank: HVB Bank Details of
payment: LOCKE / your name, PIN All
payments (the fee, accommodation and excursion) must be free of bank charges to
the receiver, i.e., all bank charges for effecting the international money
transfer must be met by the remitter, including those imposed by the
beneficiary's agents (HVB Bank Czech Republic a.s.,
Prague). This must be explicitly stated when authorising the international
money transfer order. Possible bank charges have to be paid at the registration
desk. Credit
card In the case
you will pay by a credit card: 1) Save the
following Credit Card Payment Form in your computer 2) Fill it
in and then, please, return the form as an attached scanned file ( Save the Credit Card Payment
Form (Word) in your computer Depending
on your Windows version (XP, 2000, 98, ME) it may happen that you will be
forced, in order to save the document in your computer when clicking on the
preceding sentence „Save the Registration form (Word) in your
computer" or on the menu frame "Registration form (in Word)", to
use the RIGHT button and only then to choose the proper offer for saving the
document in your computer. Cheques Cheques
will not be accepted.
